3.1 - Commercial policy
Our company:
"LOVEITPORTUGAL - ANTONIO FF MOREIRA" with fiscal VAT nr 172 049 881, and adress at: Feirapark; Rua do FeiraPark, nr 50; 4520-632 São João de Ver; Portugal;
acting has Vendor, promotes and sells products to final consumers only.
We reserve ourselves the right not to sell to consumers who are not considered as final consumers.
To complete the sale cycle, and allow items to be delivered later, the final consumer must indicate is personnal data, namely: Name, fiscal residence, delivery address, e-mail and phone.
The company LOVEITPORTUGAL - ANTONIO FF MOREIRA, may hereinafter be referred as US.
3.2 - How to make na order of a product
Access LOVEITPORTUGAL.COM website; acess the products area; select the product you want to buy and its respective quantity. Place product(s) on the shopping cart; insert your invoicing data including the delivery address.
- before you buy, pls review your order (products, quantities, prices and conditions) and only afterward validate the purchase.
- pay acccording to the choosen payment modality
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your purchase and delivery address and timing.
When making a purchase, it is assumed your acceptance of the general conditions, as well as other conditions existing on this website through links, including general terms of usage.
3.3 - LOVEITPORTUGAL Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase
Out website may not process orders that do not have accoumplish: a sufficient guarantee of good payment; when order address is incomplete or incorrect. LOVEITPORTUGAL website may also not process orders when the products ordered is no longer available or sales conditions changed.. In all these cases, we will inform you by email that the purchase and sale agreement has not been concluded.
If the products presented in LOVEITPORTUGAL website are no longer available at the time of receipt of you order, we will inform you of this unavailability within 10 days after receipt of the order.
If an order has been placed and payment has been made, for products that are no longer available, we will refund in full the money of the the unavailable items, by the same payment mode.
LOVEITPORTUGAL reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if previously accepted by us), in the following situations, without liability for any damages or costs:
- The product is no longer available or without stock (refund will be made)
- The invoicing information is not correct or can't be confirmed
- It is not possible to deliver to the informed address
- We have not received the payment confirmation of your order after 3 working days of acceptance order date
- If your destination Country is not served by our shipping services
- if we receive any security advise (fraud or other)
- for any other reason
4 - Payments
4.1 - Payments
LOVEITPORTUGAL accepts several payment methods that can be found on this website, including on FAQs.
All related data will be sent to these partners by encrypted protocols, ensuring that any other third party will not be able to access the information.
Other payment methods than the previous mentioned, will not be accepted. Despite this advise, if you use any other payment mode, we cannot be held liable for any loss or other damage that may occur.
The order total cost informed to you at the purchasing moment, includes the cost ot the product plus the transport cost.
Orders will be prepared and shipped as soon as payment confirmation arrives to us. For payment delaying more than 3 working days, LOVEITPORTUGAL reserves the right to cancel the order until arrival of confirmation payment.
4.2 - Data security
LOVEITPORTUGAL website is provided and hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify is a strong and reliable company who provides directly or indirectly important security measures. To improve website performance, we have incorporated some apps provided by Shopify partners.
Our internal focus is also on security, and we ensure our clients we take the best possible actions to preserve all personal data.
LOVEITPORTUGAL shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of misuse of electronic equipment and communications including, but not limited to, recurring damages from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for communications or virus transmissions.
5 - Prices
For all European Union countris, prices of each product on the website include VAT (value added tax) but do not include transport costs. Shipping costs are applied to each order, depending on: the size of the order, the place of delivery, and on the chosen transport mode. The final price displayed before payment, already includes the price of the product(s) plus the transport costs).
For countries outside the European Union, prices will be exempt from VAT.

Prices displayed on LOVEITPORTUGAL website may vary according tho several conditions. LOVEITPORTUGAL reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices shown at the time of purchase correspond to the cost price of the product applied to that order.
5.1 - Price errors
Although we put extreme care in displaying prices on the website, unintentional errors in setting these prices can unfortunately occur. In this case, LOVEITPORTUGAL reserves the right not to process the order, informing customer about the reason for such cancellation.
5.2 - Import Fees (on your destination country)
For countries outside EU (european union) and depending on your destination country customs policies, some duties/taxes may be charged by your customs authorities. LOVEITPORTUGAL is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied by your destination country.
6 - Quality
LOVEITPORTUGAL does not sell defective or substandard quality products. The main specifications of each product can be found on each product web page.
On each page product, detailed photos and specifications are shown, to help you deciding the best option to buy. You can find realistc photos and detailed description of each product, normally including dimensions and size.
A part of the items sold, such as Handicraft or Reed Bags, are handcrafted by artisans. It is therefore possible that the shipped product may have slight variations in relation to the item displayed on this website, and these variations are not synonymous with lack of quality or defect in the product. These possible variations result from the manual manufacture of this article and are therefore normal in manufactured articles.
LOVEITPORTUGAL cannot be held responsible for any evaluation mistake or error provoked by any malfuncting ot your internet browser or display.

8 - Promotional Codes (discounts)
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid on a future purchase only.
Our promotional codes or discounts are valid for the advised time period, are effective for the informed campaign only, and are personal and non-transmissible.
Notwithstanding any other rights, LOVEITPORTUGAL has the right to immediately invalidate or refuse the promotional code if we have any reason to suspect that a promotional code is being used in breach of the previous mentioned assumptions.
9 - Product Availability
All orders placed on this website are subject to product availability. LOVEITPORTUGAL will do his best to ensure that all offered products are are in stock. However, LOVEITPORTUGAL reserves the right not to accept or cancel any order even if already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In such cases, LOVEITPORTUGAL will inform the customer by e-mail of this situation and refund the eventual amount paid.
10 - Liability
LOVEITPORTUGAL shall only be liable for damages suffered by the Customer if such damages result from violations of LOVEITPORTUGAL contractual obligations towards the Customer, or if LOVEITPORTUGAL liability results from the applicable legal law.
If the Customer has suffered damages related to this website activity, LOVEITPORTUGAL liability shall be limited to:
- Damage resulting of usage of LOVEITPORTUGAL products or other materials shipped by LOVEITPORTUGAL
- Reasonable and demonstrable costs incurred by the customer to find the cause damage, and the amount of compensation attributable to the damage;
- Whenever applicable, the maximum reimbursement of the above-mentioned compensation shall be the price of the concerned products.
- LOVEITPORTUGAL shall not be liable for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the usage of any of our products. LOVEITPORTUGAL shall also not be liable for damages suffered by the customer as a result of an improper usage of our products.
Should a Customer suffer damages that are the result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of LOVEITPORTUGAL the part , then none of the limitations in this article shall apply.
