Deliveries, Served Countries, Returns and Refund Policies


1 - Deliveries and served Countries
Quality and speed of the delivery service, is one of our biggest concern, reason why we select recognized and trusted international transport partners.
LOVEITPORTUGAL prepare orders from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00 pm (London time). We do not prepare orders on national PT holidays.
We can only deliver orders if the delivery address is a residential or office location, belonging to the countries we make deliveries and informed os this site.
LOVEITPORTUGAL cannot accept deliveries on scheduled days and hours. Please be sure that your delivery address is open for deliveries during normal working days and hours. Courier/Transporter may deliver without any pre-advice.
Goods will be prepared and shipped and transport will be be initiated, as soon as we receive payment confirmation.
A delivery is considered as "performed" with the signature of the delivery confirmation on the transport document.
Deliveries during certain seasons (pandemic, Christmas, black friday, and similar) are subject to delays which we cannot control, and cannot accept to be held responsible.
Together with our transport partners, we try to comply the commercially reasonable timelines. However we cannot guarantee timely delivery and consequently we cannot accept be responsible for eventual delays.
Whenever possible, we will deliver multiple products order in a single delivery. If for some reason (for example stock failure, or other reason) we have to split the delivery, we will notify the customer of this fact, and the subsequent delivery will be made at our expense, therefore the customer will not be penalized at economic level.
LOVEITPORTUGAL shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing, any obligation that is due to a, direct or undirect, event of force majeure, i.e. an event, act or omission, beyond LOVEITPORTUGAL reasonable control.
1.1 - Delivery costs
Whenever applicable, Delivery costs are applied per order/shipment. The exact cost of an order/shipment depends on the country of delivery. For more details on the shipping price per country, please consult the section on this website.
Should client place an order exceeding the minimum order value of his country, then delivery will be free. Please consult the "Countries & Transport Prices" on this website.

1.2 - Countries covered by our Delivery service:
For the moment, countries served by our Delivery services are:
(a) All Countries belonging to the EU - European Union:
Austria + Belgium + Bulgaria + Croatia + Cyprus + Czechia + Denmark + Estonia + Finland + France + Germany + Greece + Hungary + Ireland + Italy + Latvia + Lithuania + Luxembourg + Malta + Netherlands + Poland + Portugal + Romania + Slovakia + Slovenia + Spain + Sweden
(b) European countries OUTSIDE the European Union:
Norway + Switzerland + UK
(c) USA (50 states) + Canada (10 provinces)

IMPORTANT: Pls be informed that the LOVEITPORTUGAL website does not accept orders with deliveries on PO Boxes addresses.

1.5 - Delivery problems:
a) Your Package was not delivered to you (*):
All our deliveries are made by reliable transport companies, and are sent under a Tracking number.
Should you do not receive you order, pls send us a mail for our customer care service: info@loveitportugal.com so that we can investigate it, and reply you as soon as possiblr.
(*) should your delivery adress belong to a country outside EU, pls be awared the eventual delays are expected according to your country customs procedures. Depending on each country, import taxes may apply, to which we are unrelated.
b) Your package is damaged:
We ship our orders in new packing cartons only, therefore if the package presented to you is visibly outside damaged, pls refuse the delivery indicating the reason "damaged package" and immediately inform us: iinfo@loveitportugal.com), so that we can assist you.
c) Items do not correspond with the products you ordered:
If the product(s) you received do not correspond to your order, pls send us a photo of the product(s) you received within 48 hours after receiving your package, and send us a mail to info@loveitportugal.com so that we can assist and reply you asap.
You refuse the reception of the parcel:
If you refuse to receive your package, then it will be returned back to us by the transport company, and it will be afterwards inspected by our returns department .
d) Subject to receipt of the product(s) in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for your order, from which we will deduct the delivery costs. An administrative fee will also be deducted, regardless of the country, in the fixed amount of €10.00 for each shipment.

1.6 - Delivery moment inspection
We recommend our clients to dully inspect the outside package on the delivery moment. Should the package be damage, customer must not accept it, so that it can be returned to LOVEITPORTUGAL. LOVEITPORTUGAL will refund customer as soon as package is returned to the origin warehouse.

1.7 - Period for Claims and Returns in Normal Periods (Low season)
Any claim for non-delivery of an order, or damages on a delivery, must be made to the customer by e-mail within a maximum of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of the order. After this period, LOVEITPORTUGAL cannot be held responsible for loss of the order, damages to the products, or missing products.


1.8 - Claim and Return Period for Purchases in Christmas or Black Friday campaigns
For purchases made during the Christmas and Black Friday Campaign periods, any Claim related to Delivery or the Product(s), or for Returns purposes, must be made by email by the following January 10th (or , when applicable within 30 days of purchase). After this period, LOVEITPORTUGAL cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product, loss of the order or missing products.
