1 - Returns, Cancellations and Refunds


1.1 - Cancellation of on order

Cancellation before shipping:

Customers can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped (not yet passed to the delivery transport company). In this situation you will be refund in the total paid amount. If you want to cancel pls send an urgent e-mail to our Customer Service and request the cancellation of your order. Please see Mail details below.

Cancellation after shipping:

If the cancellation request is made after shipping moment (already passed to the transport company) then client must refuse it on the delivery moment, so that the order can be returned. After returning to the origin warehouse, the order will be cancelled and refund will be made.


1.2 Return of defective products

Together with our providers, we put in place an efective quality control of goods. Nevertheless, a defective delivery product can occur.

Customers have the right to return already delivered products, if they are defective or if the product does not correspond to the product that was ordered. Return can be made within 30 calendar days after delivery day. If your complaint is justified, the product price plus the shipping costs will be refunded to you in full. Please note, however, that several of our products are handcrafted by artisans and its correspondence with the item displayed on the website may show slight changes, which in itself is not an indicator of the lack of quality of the items.


1.3 - LOVEITPORTUGAL will not accept any return of products in bad conditions

Damaged products, and with the outer packaging showing damages, which were not claimed / reported to the transport company at the time of delivery.

Eventual refund will be made, by the same order payment mode. Should a payment have been made by Multibanco reference, in this situation pls inform your bank details to our services, so that we can make a bank transfer. Please send an email to LoveitPortugal. (email details below).


1.4 - Return of products - other reasons

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 30 calendar days of the delivery moment, provided that:

> Products are in perfect conditions and have not been used;

> together with the returned product, the inner packaging must also be returned.

1.5 - Refund and refund Method

If the product and its packaging are in good condition, Love it Portugal will refund the customer for the full amount paid.

The refund will be processed using the same initial payment method used by the customer.


1.6 - Return Address

LOVEITPORTUGAL subcontracted its Logistics operation to a specialized partner, GARLAND LOGISTICS.
