All our products are shipped directly from Portugal to residential delivery addresses.

  • European Union (EU) Shipments – VAT Included: VAT is included for all EU member countries, calculated based on the standard VAT rate applicable in the destination country.
  • International Orders (Non-EU): Deliveries outside the European Union are VAT-exempt and therefore do not incur European VAT.

Customs Duties:

  • European Union (EU) Shipments: Deliveries to countries within the European Union are not subject to any customs duties.
  • International Orders (Non-EU): Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees depending on the current legislation of each destination country. Because customs fees vary by country, we cannot advise on these specific amounts and recommend reaching out to your local customs office for detailed information.

What are Love it Portugal’s Delivery Lead Times?

We select fast, globally recognized shipping carriers such as DHL, DPD, and FedEx. Our shipping times are exceptionally fast:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 business day;
  • EU Countries: 2–4 business days;
  • Switzerland, Norway, and United Kingdom: 2–5 business days;
  • United States and Canada: 3–7 business days;
  • Azores and Madeira Islands: up to 5 business days.

What are Love it Portugal’s Shipping Rates & How to Qualify for Free Shipping?

Shipping is free for Mainland Portugal. For all European Union countries, the standard shipping fee is €9.50 per order, with free shipping on orders over €75.00. For Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and the Azores and Madeira Islands (due to air freight transport), the standard shipping fee is €17.50 per order, with free shipping on orders over €75.00 as well.
